  In early 2021, we worked with Jeff Edwards of Soaring Eagle Realty to sell my daughters home. Jeff is friendly, very professional and truly understands the importance of relationships. He made some 'on-point' recommendations for a couple of improvements before listing the home, and went above and beyond to showcase the home online with photos, video and a virtual tour. He was super responsive and always available, managing the process with ease. Jeff had the home sold with multiple offers above asking price within days of listing.   I am a first time home buyer and Jeff made my experience the best thing possible. Right when I was gonna give up I called Jeff and he took off right away.   I have known Jeff since high school. He helped me find my condo. He was able to check off all the requirements I had on my list. All the questions I had he was able to answer and if he didn’t know them he was able to find them out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to a new place.

  Jeff Edwards is very knowledgeable about the housing market. He listens to what you are looking for in a home and always gives the best advice on what you should do. But here's the kicker, he won't tell you what to do, he will just let you know the outcome based on the current information as it relates to the housing market, the house that you are looking at and your current living situation. And here's the personal touch, he keeps up with you after you buy your new house. He sends thank you cards, anniversary cards and updates on the current value of your home. My wife and I worked with Jeff on two different occasions and now consider him a friend. We talk from time to time just to keep up with how he and we are doing. Thanks so much Jeff.   This was my second opportunity to work with Jeff and Soaring Eagle Realty. As before, Jeff is STELLAR! He went above and beyond for me several times when he didn't have to. Jeff is extremely professional and persistent when it comes to his clients needs. He takes time to get to know his client and treats them as if they were family instead of worrying about just closing a sale. On top of everything, Jeff is resilient when a problem arises and does whatever necessary to resolve it. There is not another agent out there I would recommend to someone besides Jeff.

  Jeff did an AWESOME job at finding us our new home. We were in need of something within a month and he found us a place we love and now call home. It was a stressful but very exciting time for us. He was on top of his game daily and even though some days were a struggle he put on his game face and ran with it. He was quick at responding to all the calls, texts, and emails. I have already recommended him to a friend who just bought a house through Soaring eagle and will continue to do so in the future.
