  As a first time home buyer and single parent, I was extremely nervous and excited to buy my first home for my daughter and I.   Molly Meeker and her team did a great job in working with me as a new homebuyer. Sarah Martin was super helpful at the beginning and throughout the process with all my inquiries and generally responded promptly and fully. Jennifer Arnbrister came on towards the end of the process and was equally responsive and informative. There were a couple of hiccups here and there, but were resolved quickly and without issue. Overall very happy with the service I received from Bay Equity!

  My loan officer Linda McCormick is very professional and informative she knew how to answer any questions or problems We had. Very open,friendly, and inviting.   Kim was always available to help answer questions and provide advise. Our situation with switching jobs and moving from out of state was slightly more complex, and Kim did her best to make the entire process seamless. She was great at foreseeing possible roadblocks and being proactive with problem solving.
