  Working with Colin and SN Mortgage Company to refinance my home was a wonderful experience. I have a new baby and very little time, and he made it easy and explained everything along the way. Colin also checked in often to just let us know what was going on and see if we had any questions. I was pleasantly surprised that a busy professional would call to follow up so often and thoroughly as he did. He is also very knowledgeable about the options available and helped guide us to the right loan for us. The whole team was awesome too, when they needed info, it was clear exactly what they needed and how to provide it. Colin closed our loan so fast, mu h faster than competitors were able to, and we are very pleased with the interest rate and overall process.

Colin made himself available to assist me after hours and during weekends and was always happy to help. He and the team did an excellent job, and they secured my loan effectively and in a timely manner. They helped me close on my first home last week.   In a truly insane process, I can honestly say Marcus made the home buying experience a very pleasant one. From our first conversation one year prior to me purchasing my home, he explained each and every option that would be available to me and how to build my credit to be better prepared for the best interests rates.
