      Really unprofessional & stressful bank. After over 10 years of banking with Capital One, I’ve closed my accounts & ended my banking relationship with them. Never will I deal with them or recommend anyone to do so. Take your business elsewhere, you’ll be happier!

      I’m not sure if it’s this branch or just Capital One but the workers are poorly trained. They smile and have a willing attitude but unable to function. If you ask for assistance they tell you to do it online. We tried to set up a joint account and had cash in hand for a deposit and they were unwilling to help. Perhaps they don’t know how to set up accounts. Instant of coming here, go to a credit union. This place doesn’t want you business.

      Today I went to this location to open a teen checking account. After a long standing in the lobby, a lady came and I told her my intend. She said "you can open online", and I said "can I open here since I am already here". She hesitated a bit and said "since your daughter is not with you, you cannot open an account without her." But I am a parent and teen account is a minor account, I sure can do on behalf of her. The lady lied.

      Despite the fact, sometimes long line, from my experiences, the employees are helpful. I will come here instead of another branch that is close to my house. I had bad experiences with that branch.

      I’ve just had a terrible experience with R. Jimenez. I’ve always come to this location to do banking services until I met Jimenez. I was able to add my name to my mom’s checking account without providing social security card or passport ( I did provide driver license and even have a separate checking account with Capital One). Jimenez refused to assist with banking services if I can’t provide those documents. I’ve done it twice and didn’t have to do this with additional documents rather than driver license. I went to a near by branch and was able to do this without providing these documents. I will never come back to this branch if I have to deal with additional hassles like I’ve just had.

      Ive come with my wife 3 times to this location for various reasons regarding debit cards, online passwords, name change and every single time, the representative has had to call someone else by phone (im guessing one of the main offices) in order to better assist her. Whats the point of hiring CS representatives if they dont know what to do or how to help? Its not even one person, it has been 3 different people on different occasions. It even happened once at a different branch where the person couldnt even figure out what type of account my wife had. I dont have an account myself but after all this I wouldnt use them.

      I would give this place zero points. Understaffed, resulting in poor customer service, and it takes forever to get business done with them.
