  Mi son and I, when to this open at prepaid credit card and the person to giving to us the service that day after the do it everything for the aplicación was pending, he let know to us he will call us next day and that is about a week. HE WILL BE NEVER RETURN THE CALL Poor customer services and career less for the clients to had acct8with this bank or office . Remember something do you have job because we have account we your bank , and the more disappointed me is because was a hispanic men and when you try to call tho this office and Sterling they don't have a direct number for that exactly bank they are tranfer you to talk to another's persons when you want to talk with the person who make the bad customer service .

  Manager Natalie needs more training. Unless you’re not a regular client at her location, she isn’t willing to help. I couldn’t do at her bank what I literally do at my local Apple fed bank all the time. I am not the type to write reviews but this needs to be brought to attention.

  I've banked with Apple for about four years now, and I have to say, their service is great, they are close-by, and anything I couldn't resolve over the phone was easy to do in person. I've had bad experiences with other banks, but literally none with Apple in four years now. 1. Financial Products - Good! They are all comparable to anything else you can get out there, however, they offer good rates and some great ways to refinance loans. Their checking accounts are no-fee, and has a yield similar to most savings accounts. Can't speak for their investment funds since I don't use them for these services. Overall, the products are good, and on par with the competition, and there's no nickel-and-diming going on here. 2. Online access. Their online application and mobile application are everything I need. Mobile deposit for the times I actually still get a paper check, ways to export bank statements, easy views to your activity, easy ways to search and filter. Good, consolidated, simple, and effective. 3. Fraud protection. Twice now, I've had fraudulent activity, and both times, their systems and people have caught it very early on, froze the account, and called me to let me know. This is the best way to handle this, and I've lost $0.00 due to fraud. Service/Summary. Overall, I'm quite impressed for a smaller bank, I didn't expect much, but was referred by my sister. I'd expect the service to be good since it's smaller bank, but I was pleasantly surprised to find their offerings are just as good as the big banks, but unlike the bigger banks, they have quick response, great service, and treat you well. I'm the type of person who doesn't want to think about my money, it just needs to do what I want it to do, and this is exactly the service the Apple provides. Great job, keep up the good work.

  So I'm a member of Apple Federal Credit Union. I have someone that wants to open an account there too, We went to this bank WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I check in requesting what i wanted to do the bank was empty the bankers didn't even ask if we have been help or anything i asked for some assistance I spoke with Gerson. One let me say he's very unprofessional, ( by the way I know gentlemen he came over my job he tried to do fraud here and I know he remember me and thats why he said no ) so UNPROFESSIONAL hes so low. he said we couldn't do it because you couldn't just walk in to open an account when i had just told him IM A MEMBER! I was referring him. I called Apple customer service i was told it was possible! I must say this is the worse bank I had ever dealt with. what a shame of you guys specially him! Don't go to this bank!
