  COMPLETE FRAUDS, DO. NOT. TRUST THEM. After being unresponsive, and spending 3 weeks chasing them, and then after another 3 months of work and paperwork, they pawned me off on another firm, facilitated no introduction, then confirmed they had filed my PPP loan, only for me to find out from this random 3 party vendor that this was a complete lie and that all government money had already been spent. As i was very confused, was receiving emails from various 3rd party vendors, and no one was answering the phone or returning any phone calls, I called Wesley Melchiorre, as he was personal and business accountant. He immediately yelled at me, lied to me, and refused to answer any of my questions. Wesley, the name partner, mishandled my case ultimately losing my business over +$10,000 during one of our most difficult and challenging covid times. I was confused as I had sent in the paperwork over 3 months earlier, and had received confirmation. When I called him, he immediately told me he did not have time for me, yelled at me, and refused to answer any of my questions as to what exactly happened. After telling me that he was too tired to speak with me and had no time for me, and that "he had a long tax season", despite me being his client for +3 years, I explained that I did not understand what happened. When he realised he had been caught in a lie, he continued to lie further and explain that the confirmation was somehow not confirmed, it was my fault for not starting earlier even though he had assured me three months was sufficient, then yelled at me to let me know that ultimately 1) he lost my business over +$10,000 during one of our most difficult and challenging covid times 2) despite me sending in my paperwork for normal tax filings 4 months earlier and it being passed the due date, he *STILL* Had not filed my taxes and left me 72 hours to find a new accountant or face penalties... again, during covid. He is a crook, a fraud, irresponsible, and should not be trusted with any financial obligations.

Throughout the SBA’s program we had close to 100% acceptance/funding rate. We are aware that you retained our firm in seeking SBA PPP funding, but unfortunately, by the time you engaged us to assist you with obtaining a PPP loan, banking institutions and funding options were extremely limited. Please understand that we exhausted every avenue possible to secure funding for your PPP loan and in the interim never billed you. We acknowledge how vital these funds were to you and as professionals, we value our client relationships. We understand that these are challenging times for many small businesses and that is why we have worked tirelessly to address our client’s needs, clearly evident by our stellar reputation and five-star reviews.
