  the new branch manager is horribly unqualified to be a manger for CHASE bank or any other banking institution . I will never go back and will recommend to anyone who uses this branch to longer use it. The lines were outside the door as well as the drive up which had a new employee who i feel was not ready to be in a high volume position. When i spoke with the branch manager she didn't even know chase bank policy. I wasted 1hr of my day i have been going to this branch for a year and now i will never go back do to the incompetency of the manager and inability to assist me with my banking needs .

  I was in a real bad time crunch for a closing and all I needed was simple printout and stamp of transaction history report from the bank, they don't do it in this branch. I missed my closing bc I had to go home and go back to another bank to get it stamped. I'm closing my accounts and going to Citi. UNACCEPTABLE!

  I WAS RECENTLY THERE AND THE PEOPLE THERE WERE AMAZING. THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE A LITTLE GIRL ON HER FIFTH BIRTHDAY WHO GOT ALL THE GIFTS SHE WANTED AND HER CAKE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS BANK AND ASK FOR THE MANAGER IF THERE IS THE SLIGHTEST PROBLEM SHE WAS SO HELPFUL .

  Amina is the best person I can count on the bank was so nice very clean and I couldn’t ask for another banker than her I highly recommend that bank and Amina!!!!

  Wait time was insanely crazy!! Over an hour waiting to talk to a teller! Customer service should be better with all the fees that chase charges!

  Very friendly staff. Usually not a long wait to be helped.
