  Working with Everyday Funding was a great experience! When we identified a property we were ready to make an offer on, they quickly got us a preapproval letter. Once in contract, their services were seamless. Any time we had a question or needed clarification, their response was fast and informative. They are definitely on their game. In addition, they did not require tax returns or pay stubs to qualify which made this experience much less stressful than getting a traditional loan. The best is that they went above and beyond to make sure we received the lowest rate possible which shows that they do truly care about their clients in providing the best service possible. We will definitely use Everyday Funding for all of our real estate investment funding.

  Worked with me to get me the best rate possible on my very first deal. Being that I was working on getting funding for my first deal, I’ll admit I was a bit nervous. Their staff made the process so much simpler than what I thought it would be and quickly gave me confidence to go through to closing. Would highly recommend.

  Everyday Funding Services is incredible! They were able to help me refinance up to 75% of ARV - when most other brokers could only go as high as 65%! Melissa and Patricia work around the clock! They also work around each client's particular situation, always willing to go the extra mile to make the outcome as favorable for their client as possible! They readily answer all questions and walk you through the number details, making sure all amounts are correct! This is actually a HUGE deal! (You'd be surprised how many mistakes are not caught on HUDs and other closing documents by lawyers, title companies, etc.) I'm using Everyday Funding Services now on 2 other deals!

  Fast funding! I had a great deal lined up and I was able to close it quickly thanks to Everyday Funding. Standard paperwork just like any other lender but most importantly I got the cash and we closed! Big thanks to Maria, Patrica, and the President Melissa who all assisted me personally to get this done. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for lenders for their real estate needs.

  Love Everyday Funding Services!! They were able to fund 75% of ARV for my re-fi, when the 3 other brokers could only get me 65%! They also take the time to answer all questions and work around the clock to fight to get the best rate, lowest closing costs, etc!
