      I started using SmartCredit a few months ago and I can say it’s been amazing my score went 100+ points on all 3 reports. You obviously have to do a bit of work but it’s well worth it. I’m so glad I switch over because the provider I was with before was literally just taking my money and not doing anything to help with my score. I recommended SmartCredit to a few people who have been looking to improve their scores as well, and I’m sure it’ll be good feedback. I highly recommend and am so glad I can say my score is making progress

      We tried this credit reporting agency. Then we canceled it, 3 times. They STILL every month, take $27.95 out. We keep calling and canceling. Each time we do, they tell us there is no record of us calling. THEY ARE A SCAM. Don’t try them! Trust us we have to go to the bank each time and report fraud. It’s redundant and terrible for business isn’t it?

In response, we sent instructions on how to close. There are no additional records of any other call. As a courtesy, we have closed the account and have refunded one additional amount of $27.95 back to the credit card on file.       These people only want your money! Save yourself a headache and stay away from them. I was charged $500 to start the program which supposedly was originally $600 but had a discount going on (yeah right). Then there’s a monthly of $90 which is charged on my card. Same charge has been going on for the past 4 months now and they haven’t helped my credit go un a single point. All the progress my credit has made in the last 4 months is because of me. Heck I should be paying myself that money instead. The lady working on my profile never gets in touch with me unless it’s a payment issue, Otherwise she doesn’t even update me or advice me or anything really. The only reason why I’m still here is because of the money I have given to them. If you add it all up that’s a total of $860 and no one gives away that amount for free so yeah I’m stuck for now but I will call my bank today and see if I can get a refund ( I read it on the reviews).

SmartCredit has no program that is $500 to start and then $90 per month. Our monthly fees average about $29.95 per month.       Ever since I started using Smart Credit I have been guided on the best ways to boost my score and increase my budget. I love the helpful tips. I even got my oldest child using it along with his rugby team.

      I can't speak highly enough about their platform and all the features. Not only does SmartCredit help me understand what's helping and hurting my credit score, it also helps me understand how spending and paying may impact my score. I am obsessed with their ScoreManager tool that helps me see how overpaying on my credit card could help (and even sometimes lower) my score, or how if I decide to spend $500 on a card how it would impact my score, or how I could still spend the $500 but I just have to pay by my "pay by" date rather than due date, so the spending is like it never happened. An added bonus? With every membership they give you $1 Million dollars in identity theft coverage. Not sure why others have had trouble with their customer support, any time I've had questions they get back to me almost immediately and are super helpful.

      I was referred to Smart Credit when I wanted to “fix my credit”. I was a little hesitant about it at first but figured what could it hurt. Both my husband and I signed up, paid about $3000 and was told it would be refundable if at any point we weren’t happy with the services minus $99 for each thing that was removed. We also paid $27.99 a month for credit monitoring service. After about 6 months, (we paid for expedited services which was guaranteed to be done in 6 months or less or full money back) nothing had changed in either report. I requested cancellation. I’ve been requesting cancellation for 7 months now, and still have to keep messaging. I canceled the smart credit billing on my card in September. Than all of a sudden the representative gets in touch and says they can’t cancel our account without access to smart credit, and said we needed to pay the month fee again so his “team” could see what has been fixed so they can refund the money. Once I paid the payment for the one account, I was charged 4 times the $27.99 and the account still said “payment information required”. I was than told to create a new account, pay the $27.99 again and then they’ll be able to refund the money. I did not do that and requested a contact for a supervisor which in turn got a snarky response that the person I’ve been dealing with was a supervisor. Long story short, I’m getting told the charges are all valid because I “missed billing” in March and September and October and apparently November… which hasn’t even come up yet. I’m still getting the run around, . This company is a scam and refuses to refund money from their guarantee and they like to charge overtime and can’t explain why they did so. Tread lightly.       Thank you for your review. The pricing for the $3,000 per month and the $99 for each item removed is not a fee associated with an account under SmartCredit. We believe these to be from Credit We Restore. We did find two accounts, appear to be a husband and wife account, which are currently active and being used. Both of these accounts were referred to us by Credit We Restore. A review of the accounts find we only received an email from a J. Henderson. This was on October 13, 2021 and we referred the member to contact for a refund. However, we also included a contact number for Credit We Restore. We believe the member spoke with this company and not SmartCredit. We would be happy to help the member to close the accounts and handle a refund request. However, we do need to confirm the accounts we found are the correct accounts. Please contact us at [email protected] and someone can call you to resolve your issue.

      This service is amazing! After spending a lot on my credit cards, my score went down like 60 points.I normally have a very high score, upper 700's and Ithis really affected me. with their Scoremaster feature, I was able to pay my cards on a different date than the due date, making my credit utilization rate lower. the result, i got my 60 points + back in less than a month. Now my credit score is great again and i get ID theft insurance. Definitely a keeper!

      The Credit Repair lady that was working on my Credit did absolutly NOTHING. But took my $399.00 dollars & I guess she thought i will jst going to walk away & not chk on her progress, than she came up with excuses hows she's a 1 man team. I tried to work with her & suggested If she does work & i see progress Im willing to bring her CASH. She refused to let me bring her cash. So I contact my bank with our txt conversation & got my $$$ back. Dont go thru here ASAP partner

      I have since canceled my account and for two months now I have been being charge the monthly fee. I’ve talked to them multiple times about getting a refund for the past two months and I just got charged again. MAKE IT RIGHT!! You haven’t done anything for my credit for the 6 months you’ve been charging me.
