      Different information is given per representative and management. Also after being given incorrect information I tried to advise to complain. Was basically called a lier and couldn’t get a member of management on the line. Customer service is horrible they transfer you without notice and place you on hold without informing you as well.

      Chasen is the only person who has ever actually treated me with respect here. I’m 20 and a lot of the employees here are not helpful/ they are only nice when i come in with my grandfather. They make me feel stupid when I ask questions about my account.

      i would not use this bank . they charge you $30 if you go a penny over , first they cancelled my cards without telling me , and they took HALF of my refund WITHOUT my permission , to cover a balance on a different account to catch it up , and refused to give me my full refund . they just do what they want with your money . DO NOT GO HERE ! WORST experience with a bank in my life !
