  Worst possible experience dealing with a fraudulent charge in my account. It was blatantly obvious that I did not make the charge and yet they still charged me the amount. I showed them clear evidence it was not me including having other attempted charges and having to get a new card and they didn't care and left me to try and fight it with the online vender. Goodbye SmartBank...you lost a longtime client!

  Both girls at the counter today five star at first it seems like a lot of work for the change over but it seems to be every time we go at all gets worked out five star to you both.

  Wow. The friendliest people I've met in a while. Very patient; even with my two toddlers in tow, I didn't feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Knowledgeable staff who were all very kind to my whole family. I'm very happy to have chosen this bank.
