  If I could leave no stars, I would!!!! I have been banking with first horizon for several years and I am about to be closing my account. I unfortunately have no choice but to use this location, due to working and bank hours, to cash my paycheck. The lady at the drive thru is always extremely rude, and after I called the location to let them know they never deposited my paycheck this week, Keely, who answered the phone, decided she should just hang up on me. Absolutely terrible customer service. I would love to receive contact with a branch manager, when I asked Keely for one she informed me that they were on vacation.

  Most people stay their day way before 9 am. So why is it that you all wait to open until 9 am. That is beyond Ludacris an honestly a little selfish. It's good to know that I have to wait until the end of the day to take care of my banking needs. Not to mention the fact that when I deposit my pay check I have to wait until the next day to access it. You all are a sorry excuse for a bank.

  Charging fees to cash checks, poor business model. Everyone there is always very rude also. I dont recommend anyone use this bank.

  Stay far away from this bank. Terrible customer service. Keely was extremely rude and not willing to help. If you hate your job get a new one!

  I wish I could give this place a zero! My husband had to unfortunately deal with A banker name Keely. Was rude the entire time. The other staff seemed to enjoy each other's company but gave the impression that customers were a bother. Good thing we are moving because I wouldn't be banking here much longer! Thanks for being passive aggressive employees 😂 Sorry you hate your job!

  This bank is always fast and the people inside are nice for the most part.

  Great place! Forgot to exchange my canadian money before I crossed over to America and this place was the only one in pigeon forge to help me exchange my money! Beautiful building and location and friendly helpful staff!!
