      I have never banked at a better bank. It is great in every way. I have been with Progressive for 18 years... I love banking on the internet. Never had any problems with the website.

      The app never works and the online bank system goes down quite often. I try the app, the website and neither work. I'm talking like at least once every other week I experience this issue. The bank and tellers are nice but if you have a problem after business hours or on the weekend you're screwed.

      The app and website are ALWAYS going down. The phones are usually, conveniently busy from 315 PM til closing, then of course they're closed...Reported a card lost, buisness day 8...still no sign of it.
