Morgan Johnson1They need a better system for when card gets compromised. Send a new one within a day or have more instant print stores. I will have to drive to get a new card, but I can't get there withing their minimal business hours. Really puts me in a pickle.

hazen briggs1All the bad stuff you read is true. Opened checking and savings accounts for my wife, so she could have an ATM card for cash. She rarely used cash. After about 2 months, we couldn't log in to her accounts. Called support and after a long time trying to figure it out, they told us the accounts were closed by them for "inactivity". After 2 months. No advance contact, no notice, just a paper check in the mail, with no explanation why but a threatening letter saying if we incur overdraft fees they can take action (sue) to collect. Bye bye Regions.

Glenn1We have our buisness accounts here. We come 1x per week for deposits. Drive thru lacks tellers.. takes forever to bring a deposit to the tellers. Time to hire regions...if this improves ill change the review... however the tellers and staff always friendly and curtious.

Deanna Oxner1If I could give lower, I would. Poor customer service. Went there to try to resolve a mistake they made, and Stephanie was perfectly happy to lose me as a customer. And that is just what they did. Lost me and my family members as customers. We had personal and business accounts with them with the plan of doing more, but not anymore. Was notified there was an issue with my account and had to resolve it at a branch. Did so as soon as I read the letter. Thought everything was resolved until my account was closed a month later without notice that I didn't do enough. Told them about this and they said it was "bank regulation" not to notify me without a hint of remorse. Tried working with corporate too, and Joyce Pride was just as unhelpful as the rest. All she could do was "find out what the reason is" but not actually solve it. Though she never even gave me a reason either. So much for priority banking.

Michelle Maxson1My elderly mother and I both have accounts here. They have things so screwed up that they keep taking, without permission, money from my Mom's saving if I happen too overdraw my own account. This has happened many times and they keep saying that the accounts aren't connected.

Nickolas Kitzmiller1Your local branch opens at 9am and yet all other banks in the area have drive throughs open at 730am and the branch opens at 8. All this is doing for your business is driving people to other banks that offer the same services if not more incentives with far less hassel if I'm trying to get banking done before work. You might as well close up shop and go strictly online, that's basically the service you're offering by opening later than all other competition in the area.
