      I came in a couple days ago to make a deposit and Beyonce was a great help. She made it quick and easy and she did a great job making sure that I understood the benefits of banking here and I hope to continue my transactions here in the future because of her.

      Opened a new account yesterday at their Sugarland branch. The staff was super nice and professional. I was attended by a staff member right away. New account setup took less than 30 minutes. The only thing lacking was a proper Sign to guide new customers to sign-in computer.

      Service was poor. Tellers were rude. Standing over 20 minutes to not be greeted. Everyone seems so busy doing nothing. The outside ATMS weren’t functioning. A 5 minute transaction cost me over 20+ minutes. Nothing family oriented about this location and some of the workers involved.

      Not reliable company. It was a Rainy day on Saturday afternoon. And I-like other families had to park the parking lot which is facing to I 90 and there was no signs at all!.I do believe that they trap the families very SMART way! Like I said it was a rainy day and there was no sign where I parked!!! Whenever We come back to go home, I and my family shocked because our van had gone! First I thought that our van should have stolen since I could not see any sign where I parked! Then I saw a sign which is invisible behind the tree! My advise to smart guys to put another sign where they trap to families. It is very unprofessional and unethical. I am 40 years old and I have never had an experience like this. You may ask me why I park there, so I can easily say that I would not park if There is a sign where I park!!! And I shouldn’t have written this bad experience with these SMART guys! I wonder how can you trust them whether they are hiding something that you don’t see or read carefully in the agreement! Just be careful what is behind the tree 🌲 ;0)

      We are certainly sorry that your car was towed, Mr. Dilli. Parking is reserved for our members only and we have signs posted everywhere in the lot. It is certainly not our intention to trick or trap anyone parking in our lot. It is just the opposite. Upon our request and advice, we requested that Urban Air post signs in their lobby warning their customers of the towing enforcement at the Smart Financial parking lot. If they have not done so, there is nothing more we can do to help their customers from being towed. We have to consider the security and safety of our members when the decision was made to close off parking to neighboring establishments. We have also added many additional signs to make sure that Urban Air visitors (located next door) are aware that parking is restricted to Smart Financial customers only.

      My friend had all her jewelry worth 10s of 1000s stacked away in this bank locker. The locker next to theirs was jammed and bank had to drill it to recover the contents. But the bank drilled my friends locker. They called 2 days back to pick the new keys of the locker. My friend was surprised and she and her husband went to check. All her gold jewelry is gone. Bank is not revealing details as to when the locker was drilled. the manager said the old staff is not there anymore. Looks like They drilled the locker several months ago as the employee left in April 2021. They told us about the broken locked only on September 8 2021. Remember thieves work here not bankers!
