  Greg and his team were super friendly and very responsive. I appreciated their use of the latest technology to make the processes efficient and easy. We felt really great about the rate that we received. At closing, there was a comment made that they hadn't seen a rate that low in a long time. Also, the chocolates and pizza were a great gift.   The people at Hancock mortgage really care about their customers. They were available for questions at all hours, and took the time to explain fully any I asked about. In addition, they were very helpful with getting my utilities transferred over, and getting me set up for the move. Overall, I had a very good experience with Hancock.

  We were throroughly impressed and pleased with Gregg and his team at Hancock Mortgage. From the very beginning ,to after closing, this team worked on our behalf and made our closing flawless. Gregg kept us updated and aware of every turn of events, but above all, we felt that he cared about what we were going through and made every effort to assure us and keep us on the timeframe that followed our contract. We have used many different mortgage companies in the past that promised to keep the timelines necessary to close according to the contract, and have failed. We won’t use anyone else anymore because Hancock Mortgage does what a mortgage company is suppose to do and that is to get you to closing on time and without event!   This was our first home buying experience and we were actually referred to a different mortgage agency from our realtor. However on a day that we happened to be going to an open house we ran into David who was helping one of his clients out and so glad we did. He worked diligently with us and also made us aware that through this process there maybe some "bumps" along the way. We only had some minor bumps and at the end our closing day was nothing but smiles and laughs from both parties.

  As I began the hunt for my first home, I knew absolutely nothing about the mortgage loan process, but luckily a friend referred me to Ernesto. He helped me through the whole process as I made quite a few offers and very important decisions.
