  Slavik and his team really helped me get a huge win in regards to my home loan! I switch my lender to be him and his team the day I was suppose to close on my fourplex, because I initially had a lender that was charging me 10 grand more than what they could get me. The switch only worked because they were able to get the loan process completed extremely quick (was suppose to sign/close 19 April and with switching we only had to wait until 3 May)! During my experience, I appreciated the constant open communication, respect, and professionalism working with them. As a veteran and first time homebuyer, they answered all my questions thoroughly and quickly, ensuring I got the best deal. If I had to recommend a lender or need a lender to buy another home, Slavik would be the one whose name would be front and center in my mind!

  Slavik worked with me on to refinance my home and I can’t speak more highly about his professionalism and determination to make sure that I was taken care of. There were some challenging issues that he put in extra time to handle and gave me advice that probably affected his commission substantially but saved me some money in the long run. My experience couldn’t have been better.

  I bought a house from Mr. Lund where he was in his own words part of the “managing and finance team.” He was also the seller. From this experience I will never do any type of business with him again.
