  Very good customer service. The app works great and I have access to everything I need overall. Scott is a good guy too and helped me with my signing for a loan. I do wish you can do a mobile deposit greater than 1500 though.

  Great customer service :) This review is pertaining to the online member account website which is very outdated compared to other banks and credit union member accounts. The most annoying thing is not having access to any of your account numbers! You would have to have checks or bank statements or call the bank to obtain your account numbers which is really inefficient. As a customer I should easily be able to obtain my account information when I log online. Hoping this can be changed or I will be switching credit unions.

  My vote for the Best Bank in town! Great service Best rates on car loans A checking account that pays 3% cash back. Educated me how to improve my credit score and gave an easy solution to some of my financial struggles. Wish I learned about Sky much sooner. Skip the evil empire at Wells Fargo and open your eyes to Sky Federal Credit Union!! I hear they also do home and business loans....hopefully next gear for me!!!

  I just worked with Roger at Sky Federal and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. After my other local bank told me there was nothing I qualified for during the covid-19 shut down I called Roger Y and immediately he helped me file application for the PPP program and this was on a weekend when he should not have been working after hours. His help got me approved for funds that I would have never had access too during this hard time. I can say I’ll be transferring all of my accounts to this wonderful bank. Thank you Roger!

  Even though I'm not a customer of this bank I needed a document from them. Chuck was incredibly helpful and efficient and found me what I needed quickly. Thanks! Edit: I'm a customer now and their customer service continues to excel over any national bank.

  I've been a member for at least 20 years. I have had nothing but great advice and service from them. I used the Livingston branch for most of those years, I thought it may be that particular branch. I have been using the Bozeman branch for a few years now, they are just as friendly. I went through some Really tough years and the Credit Union recognized that and helped me tremendous. I have nothing but positive to say about the Credit Union" particularly the Livingston branch(and Belgrade too!.)

  I've been a member of Sky FCU for about 10 years and I have only received quality service, support and advice from the professional and kind staff at each branch. Their consumer loans rates are the best I've seen in town. We just closed a HELOC at Sky and the process was seamless. The fees were competitive and the terms of the loan were far more fair and helpful to us to then another other bank I contacted in the Bozeman area. I also appreciate the the COOP ATM network as I travel quite a bit and having access to my money for free all over the country is a just and wonderful thing. Thank you Sky for saving me money and making it possible to bank local.

  Good bank overall. Love the early open times during the week! They could use a few updates to their operations, such as: 1. New ATMs that allow deposits. 2. Either stay open a little later of Friday's or be open a few hours Saturday mornings.

  Andrew is awesome and Dan's the man! They are both very dedicated to their work and have completely come through for me as a shareholder. If you are looking for a professional, honest and diligent credit union, this is the one to start your history with.

  Beware of this institution!! They use mortgage lending practices that are less than ethical. Claim to help members but will not only steer you to use certain companies, they actually forbid you from making a free choice. Just a bunch of low lives. I plan to contact the banking commission, close our account, and let the world know what kind of low life organization Sky Federal is, on every platform possible
