From the impact of the economy on interest rates to how loan origination fees are calculated, Erica was always willing to spend time answering our questions and really demystified the lending process. She worked hard to make sure our loan closed on time despite a tight timeline and challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.   Working with Erica was hands down our favorite part & the easiest part of the home-buying process. Seriously, we've joked that we're sad that we found a house because it means we won't work with Erica anymore. This was our second time working with Erica and cannot recommend her more! We recently relocated from Bozeman to Helena and as soon as we made the decision to move, we said "I wish we could work with Erica" thinking it wouldn't make sense to reach out to her since she's located in Bozeman. Boy, were we wrong. After a botched and impersonal conversation with a lender based at a bank in Helena, we called Erica right away. She was thrilled to be able to help and eased our minds right away! In a crazy real estate market, you need a lender who will be on your side, advise you well, and (maybe most importantly) work quickly! Erica and Adrienne do that to a T. We were able to put in really competitive offers in Helena while still selling our home in Bozeman because of Erica's guidance.
