  I have lived in Bozeman 🗻 my whole life, and my recent refinance with Justin Varley is the best interaction I have ever had with a bank. 💯 Not only did Justin go above and beyond, but he made the process simple and fast. 💵 After doing some family research, I found out that my grandfather dealt exclusively with First Security Bank. Now I know why. First Security Bank has excellent rates, superb lenders, and a friendly staff. I'm excited to open more accounts! 😀

  Out of all the banks I had, which is a lot, I have found First Security to be the very best. They offer a lot of different services and are flexible with their loans, I have been with them 2 years now and have had no problems. Thank you First Security for providing A1 service!

  We have been banking with First Security Bank for almost 30 years. We had a home loan, which we refinanced, and have a safe deposit box and a checking and savings account at the East Main branch. Never had a problem and the staff has always been helpful and courteous. The transition to Glacier Bank went smoothly including with the online website and new mobile banking app, as well as with our new debit cards.

  Working in retail or any sort of customer service job for over 30 years. I can relate to some employees having bad days, However since I started working for a delivery service I've notice several employees who dislike servicing me. And maybe it's my demeanor or even the way I present myself. But I will not lower my standards because I intimidate some. Now some employees, know that I'm on a time schedule and are excellent on their customer service. Others I've watched are intently ignoring customers or goofing off in the background while other employees are drowning in customer issues. Maybe it's time for the Corporate to re-educate what the bank stands for. Because after the few months working and watching your employees, I wouldn't trust you with any my finical situations
