  SJS not only exceeded expectations for a quick and efficient closing but, the customer service was nothing short of incredible. We had a last minute change sent from our buyer's agency which required new signatures from us and we were unable to come in. Anthony not only communicated the issue promptly, he also hand delivered the documents to us to sign and dropped them off to the other agency. Incredible experience and I cannot recommend SJS enough.

  Couldnt have asked for a smoother closing process. My wife and I purchased our first home and closed with SJS title. After hearing closing horror stories from friends and family, the process went much faster and easier than we expected. SJS was very professional and the office was very modern and clean. The pens are great to write with as well so be sure to leave with a couple if you can.

  I'm going to try and give an update by Wednesday... because right now, I'm not sure who's fault it is that the tax office says I'm missing quarters 3 & 4, when I've been paying into escrow...

  Afternoon Hussain, I am sorry you had an issue with your escrows, this would be an issue with whoever is servicing your loan. You purchased your home back in 2019 at which point the title company will only pay the property taxes that are currently open at that time. After that the lender who you pay your mortgage payment to each month is in charge of paying your taxes out of your escrow account. Please always call if you have a problem before rating a company if you do not know who is at fault at the time of the review. Hopefully your lender has squared away your escrow by now.
