  I had a great experience, was able to get the best rate possible at the time. Sister walked me through the process. Unfortunately, the regulations make it cumbersome to get a mortgage with all the rules, but they were able to guide me through it, let me know when to expect and overall I could not be happier with their service and the resulting refinance! Would use them again 10 out of 10 times

  Even though Mortgage agent is good still rating it for the company . I have taken Mortage where they took around 6 months to process and while closing my loan collected the Home insurence and Tax in advance. However sold my loan to new lender I was told my Insurance premium was paid by sistar but insurance company said didn’t received payment. Very poor customer service and NO direct customer service number and no response to emails with queries. I have been struggling to get know where that $900 plus dollars go? Sister accounts department couldn’t able to provide the backside of check and also couldn’t confirm which date it was cashed and by whom it was encashed. Home Insurence company cancelled my policy still struggling to get the information from Sistar.

  I had privilege to work with Shreeja Unni on my loan refinance from Sistar Mortgage. She was very professional, calm, patient and understanding.
