  Amazing bank! The whole experience from start to finish is great, the staff member is always so friendly and kind. The service is very good, and the prices are fair for the portion size. It's always a great spot to get great service with a beautiful place and very nice staff.

  Take your business somewhere else! The person who deposited my certified check did not know how long it will take to release the funds until after she completed processing the deposit. When I told her 12 days is not a reasonable time and I can't wait that long, she said she can reverse it, but that will take even longer!! They were not able to do anything to help, I asked them to call someone to seek help they refused to do so. The branch manager was not available, they told me she won't be here till Tuesday ( three days out) and "99.99% she won't be able to help you either". These guys have caused me a significant damage and were not even willing to help. Only if they told me how long it takes to deposit the check before processing it!! Seriously, take your business somewhere else, this is what I got after being a loyal customer for 12 years. Disgusting!!

  The worst branch in Michigan everytime I go there to do something they would tell me go to another branch they can’t do it over there because of “no manager” always excuses

  Worst customer service, they refused to provide service 2 times. The first one the manager said you have to schedule an appointment to see a banker! And the second one she said we only have notary on Wednesdays. ATM’s not functioning most of the time. Definitely not going back to that branch.

  There's a reason this bank has such bad reviews. The tellers are horrible and can't do their job. They have outrageous charges. Horrible customer service

  One of the worst banks, not just Chase I’ve ever been to in my life. Slowest service. Tellers are extremely rude and will give you an attitude if you give them more than 3 deposits for them to do.

  Denise “been there for 28 years” is horrible. I can’t believe she lasted 28 minutes. Accused me of being some else and gave me a attitude because I wanted to turn in 2 $5 dollars that were torn. It’s not about the money but the way the branch manager and staff handled it was very unprofessional. No wonder all the ratings are bad.

  Asked for my account to be closed, guy was rude to begin with. I had to ask if he actually closed my account. Turns out he did not close my account like I was told. Good job chase. Good job.
