  Brett Gotch is amazing! He was so helpful and answered our many (MANY) questions we had with being first time home buyers. He was patient, always available and very wonderful to work with. He’s thorough in his explanations of everything and really breaks it down for you to understand. I highly recommend Brett and Siouxland Bank whether this is your first time buying or not. They are professional, welcoming and very incredible at what they do!

  Siouxland Bank is the very BEST! Brett and the staff go above and beyond for their customers. They are excellent in their communication and always on top of things. I appreciate how great they are about explaining each step of the process whether its a mortgage loan or personal. They make you feel comfortable asking questions when you may not understand something, which makes all the difference. I would highly recommend Siouxland Bank to anyone for all of their banking needs.

  Brett Gotch is the man!! After dealing with lazy credit unions and jumping through hoops with the big banks, Brett came in to save the day. He was able to close on a house for me in less than 2 weeks. He did more work in 6 hours than the credit unions did in 2 months. Do not waste your time with any other bank. Stay local and use Siouxland Bank! Ask for Brett for anything dealing with homes & investments!!!

  What I love about this bank is the home town feeling and willing to help!. You can walk into the door they greet you by name and they’re always willing to help however they can. I have never had a bad experience banking with Siouxland bank. I would recommend this bank to anyone for the hometown experience and their local banking needs.
