  Ashish was wonderful to work with! He greeted me by name when I arrived in the offices, and treated me with kind professionalism. He understood that I had recently flown in from South Korea, was jet lagged, and was not terribly read in on legal speak/processes for mortgage. He patiently explained everything to me, and even caught an error in the paperwork from the bank. His staff was wonderful when I had to wait hours for the bank to send over updated paperwork, ensuring I was comfortable (offering me cold drinks, pleasant conversation, and local reading material) during the long wait. All in all, Single Source was wonderful to work with in this stressful transaction, and I am quite pleased with the entire experience! Thank you, Ashish!

  DO NOT USE THEM!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY!! Our realtor said they were great and on the ball because that's what she thought too. ON THE DAY OF closing, Single Source didn't have the correct documents ready for us to sign, so later said they'd send them electronically. Well a few hours later they did, but that meant our funding was delayed (yet again) making us loose an offer on a home we wanted. Their lack of organization, lack of communication, and mass amount of people coming and going, make Single Source an absolute NO when it comes to closing docs on a home. I'm only giving the one star, but they don't even deserve that.

  Sorry you experience was not up to our standards. we constantly battle to get the loan documents from the lender in time to be prepared for the closing. Our communication to you should have been better in this situation. We have reviewed with staff.

  I've used them multiple times and they have very good prices, especially for cash purchases. Their service has degraded a bit with all the current home loans and they might be overwhelmed, bit that is somewhat understandable, hence 4-stars instead of 5 or 3.

  We have been doing business a long time. We are always treated with respect and everyone is available. With closing, they work in teams that gives you access to a person who knows about you closing. At this point, I just Joel when it is time to close.

  Delayed my closing by not providing paperwork and it has been 1.5 weeks since closing and I still have not received a check for selling my house. I was told that was because I requested mail. Well mail is the only option where I would not be charged. It is 2019 and there are many non-archaic, outdated option such as zelle, Google email, Facebook, venmo, and much more that are free and instant. Companies using older systems dont update for the purpose of inflating accounting numbers and keeping cash for an extra 2 weeks until the check reaches the seller.

  Sorry our service did not meet the standards we strive for. We are not currently able to disburse trust funds using some of the tools you described. They do make a lot of sense and your comments have resulted in us reaching out to vendors that might be able to assist us to offer those type of services. Obviously we would all expected the check would have made its way across the country in less than 2 weeks.

  I am so thankful for the awesome team at Single Source. I can always count on the prompt, courteous professionalism from everyone at this office. From the smiles and fresh baked cookies at the front desk to the hard working ladies in the back that get all of my paperwork done. I am so appreciative of the on-time closings that have allowed me to focus on selling real estate while Single Source handles the rest. Joel Jenkins is my closing attorney, but Crystal, Heather, Amber, and Nicole make his job look easy:) Thanks for always doing a great job.

  My wife got very ill 5 days before our closing day, and we had plenty time to notice them we cannot buy the house because of illness. They cashed our earnest money $1000 immediately. We send them termination on time but they did not and don't want to return our earnest money. I lost my wife from her illness 2 months after we send the termination and they still don't want to send our earnest money. Now, I got free military attorney filing complaints on them because that contract is already terminated as I lost the person on the contract. They don't know what they are doing.

  Terrible experience with the closing mainly because we were given incorrect information on how to pay closing costs. Multiple people told us to bring cashier's check with the final amount. We got everything in order and had the cashier's check in hand. When we got to closing, they told us they couldn't accept the check and we'd need to wire the funds. Our banks policy is 24 hours to return funds to the account and because this is a Friday realistically the funds wouldn't make it to the payee until Monday. This screwed up our moving days and cost us PTO from work, mover cancellation fees, cancelation of electrician and HVAC guy, etc. Big pain in the butt for something that could be confirmed through a bank account application to confirm the funds are gtg. I hate jumping through hoops for things that should be easy. Will provide update if hey can find an exception.
