  Researched and found this bank near the location I needed to be. Left my house get there and it is closed. So, don’t go here. Update your info to closed.

  The slowest bank I have ever used. We run a business and come to deposit money often. If there are ANY other customers in line be prepared to wait over 10 minutes burning gas because of improper staffing. I'm going to First Bank.

  Super inconvenient. I am a property manager who deposits landlords rent monies into their account each month and this bank is completely rediculous. They cant seem to make it an option to look an account up by name, address and account number For DEPOSIT only. They make it very hard to deal with them and their "Policies" ..for the past 7 years i have made deposits for my clients who have banked with them for 35 years into this same account and for some reason i get gave a hard time from them every other month by some new person who knows nothing about banking..you would think i am asking for money not depositing thousands of dollars into it!... my advice is to go to Bank of America.

  As a small business owner here in Fayetteville I don't have 10 - 20 minutes to sit in a line of traffic in your parking lot to make a deposit. It is past time to OPEN YOUR LOBBY!

  They are so slow I mean it shouldn't take so long to cash and deposit it wasn't always this slow what is happening gezz

  Super slow...the times that I have been here there is always only one person helping with account issues. They never have enough reps to keep customers from sitting around all day.
