Needed a roof repair after a storm and these guys were great to work with - excellent customer service, friendly contractors sent to the house, perfect repair - can’t even tell there is a patch there! Will definitely be calling Simple Solutions again and recommending them to friends and family.

  I am at aww. I must say simple solutions will handle all of your needs at reasonable prices, GREAT customer service, and VERY professional.I was in need of some of my shingles being replaced on the roof. They sent me pictures of before and after the job was complete. They even gave suggestions of what should be done next, the job does not stop there with this company. Simple solution is literally a one stop shop for ALL your household repairs. IMMACULANT!!

  They were incredibly helpful with an insurance claim after a bad storm. Clearly outlined the damage and what the process would be like. Roofers did a great job installing the new roof. I hope to only purchase one roof but would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing help or was just affected by a storm.

  Called on a Monday and they arrived Tuesday, completed the work professionally and quickly. I have worked in the construction/home remodeling business for over 40 yrs (just don't do roofs) and I am very impressed by Simple Solutions, Anthony and Andrew. Will definitely hire again!

  Most people think a roof is just a roof, and most roofing contractors will treat it and you, as such. However, Simple Solutions is not cut from the same cloth as the rest of the roofers/ general contractors. Here’s my story and I hope it helps you! I have been researching roofing for over four years. I live in a neighborhood (whose name shall not be mentioned) with an HOA. The HOA was hell bent on having the roof done in shingles (long story behind that kinda drama). I had asked several roofers if they were able to do metal roofing. I had 6 roofers tell me they did “everything” until the day they showed up and tried to sell me shingles(after telling me they really didn’t do metal roofing). I had requested multiple quotes because I had several signs of roofers unprofessional behavior and actions during the quoting and evaluation stage. I finally gave Simple Solutions a call and Brandon came down promptly and communicated if he was delayed or early (great first sign). He showed up; and after introductions, he asked what I needed and he got to work. He dressed for the job, took measurements and broke out a handy drone to take images of my roof from above. I asked for a metal roofing quote and requested he be prepared to switch to shingles should I run into problems with the HOA (which I DID!). Brandon provided the quote in a timely fashion and the HOA would not accept a metal roofing (strongest and most dependable roofing there is) because they wanted to “preserve property values and the architecture). After and ultimatum by the HOA, I shot brandon an text with the changes to a cheap shingle project. In two hours he updated me with a new quote and I arranged for financing. I signed contract and they ordered the materials 10 days later( all contractors do so) but here is the main thing, my quote included a complete roof deck replacement. You see my decking was thin and in some homes in the neighborhood you can see how its bent between the rafters. I wanted a Complete brand new roof! Boy did they delivered. 48 hours after the materials were delivered the crew showed up to get the job done. I was at work and decided to stop by for lunch to check on the progress. Turns out they were done and the crew was just beginning to clean up! Less than 6 hours to do a complete new roof! Simple Solutions had a crew of no less than 10 guys on the job. They came, demolished, nailed, shingled and swept the yard with magnetic brooms for nails and screws etc. To top it off, Brandon comes behind to Quality check on the job before he signs off on the jobs as complete. Suffice to say that I paid him without delay the same day he gave me the seal of approval of the job! I highly recommend Simple Solutions for any contracting you need upgrade, renovation or home improvement project you need. Their professionalism is outstanding but their work ethic and above all quality of their work provides great peace of mind. Believe me you’ll sleep way better. I did!

  The staff at Simple Solutions is awesome. Fast, fair price, seamless, and stress-free service and repairs. I would recommend them over anyone. My wife and I met with 5 other roofing companies and heard the presentations and talks. Simple Solutions was by far the most personal and down to business without all the extra b.s.

  I placed a inquiry on Angie’s list and with in minutes Anthony the owner contacted me. He was very knowledgeable with the area where I lived and was pretty certain he knew the brand of roof we had on our home. He came over that same day and took a look at our roof to confirm that we did in fact have the discontinued shingles he said we had when we spoke on the phone. The office staff was very polite and very responsive with email correspondence. The roofing crew showed up on the date and at the time that they were scheduled. The roofers took care of making sure the previously installed gutter guards were taken off and placed in an area where they would not be damaged and put them back on when the job was complete. They cleaned up every bit debris that fell around the yard. I will recommend Simple Solutions to anyone looking to have a roof done.
