  I just closed on my home a couple of weeks ago. Adam with Southern Trust Mortgage was my mortgage lender for a VA loan and he did an amazing job. He and his team we’re, a pleasure to work with, and made the process painless. From under contract to closing in five weeks. I highly recommend Adam and Southern Trust Mortgage!

  Working with Linda Frick was wonderful. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. You feel more like a friend than a client. She goes above and beyond to get things done and to make you are getting the best she can offer. The refinance was so easy and it was all due to Linda. I highly recommend her.

  I can not recommend Southern Trust Mortgage and Adam Backes enough! I am so happy we went with him and his team (Amy and Lisa) as they put 110% into getting us our home loan. Our original closing date was 10/26 and we were clear to close slightly before that date however there were several hiccups along the way that set us back. At one point, because of delays incurred through no fault of our own, it seemed like all of our hard work was going to be for naught but Adam and his team buckled down and were able to get us into our home 2.5 days before Christmas. It truly was a Christmas miracle and I am grateful to everyone that made this happen for us. Great communication, timely responses and maximum effort. 15/10 would recommend again and again!

  Working with the loan department was easy and great but after we got our house and paid the first month mortgage. Southern trust sold the mortgage, which they said they would and if we had written them a check they would just forward it to the new loan company. Well they didn't and still haven't. They cash the check but didn't forward the money to the new loan company.

  It's been a couple days since the purchase of our home so where do I begin with Linda Frick... Well, she was absolutely amazing in every way possible!!! If my significant other and I could go back, we would have found her sooner. She is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She can answer any questions you may have about every loan option. We are first time home buyers so we label ourselves the "needy" category but Linda answered every phone call, text, and email cheerfully. Linda really took care of us and went the extra mile to make us happy even when things got hard. She was there until the last paper was signed and made sure she was going to be there even after. We will definitely be referring every one we know to Linda Frick and Southern Trust Mortgage. We can't thank her enough for everything she did for us!

  Jeff Gay was our lender for the purchase of our home in Maryland and we were completely impressed with him and his team. With Jeff we never had to worry and knew that we were taken care of. As a Realtor, I've worked with Jeff on many transactions. He, and his team, are highly organized and can be reached at just about any time. Anything my clients and I need, it's done quickly and well.
