  I gave Bruce a call as a recommendation from a relative and wanted to see if I had qualified for a mortgage and if not what I can do to get to that point. Everything was good when I first talked to Bruce but than after that first day, there was no communication what so ever. He claimed he can’t see any of my emails and when I call, he says he would call me back. Never happened. Would not recommend to anyone. There are better places to get a loan than going through this guy.

  I was just approved for an FHA loan and was able to purchase my first home. It was a tough road; the underwriters were relentless. We had to extend settlement date twice to deal with IRS and deposit documentation. But Bruce Rider was persistent and was there every day to help me through the whole process (Home loan for dummies) I would recommend Bruce at First Heritage to anyone looking for a home loan.

  Bruce made our first home buying experience the best possible. He was exceptional at explaining all of the tax and housing terms we knew nothing about and was always available for questions, even when he wasn’t in the office!! My husband and I can’t thank him enough for how painless he made this process be after the horror stories we’d been told from family. We would recommend him for anyone looking to buy a home!

Bruce works 7 days a week and always answers my calls, texts or emails no matter what day or time it is. This is very important in our industry!   It’s been a Journey and a long road but Bruce Rider help me along the way. When times got tough he was there to answer the call, when I didn’t understand something he was there.
