  I initially tried to refinance my home with another lender but the process was dragging out to the point that they started making excuses. I contacted Jorge at Simple Lending and had a new rate that was 1.125 lower than the previous offer and we closed within 10 days. On top of that Jorge went out of his way to ensure that fees were minimized and I ended up walking away with some money at close.
