  I only have wonderful things to say about Sam Perez and the team at Silvercreek Finance. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions about the home buying process. Sam Perez and his team were so kind and patient while answering my questions in a timely manner and kept me informed on the status of the loan throughout the entire process.-Just excellent customer service! Also, Sam promised a great rate and did not disappoint! I highly recommend Silvercreek Finance to anyone interested In buying a home!

  I cannot say enough great things about working will all of the staff at Silvercreek Finance, but in particular, Sam Perez. As first time homebuyers, we flooded the team at Silvercreek with questions; they never hesitated to answer promptly and professionally. They worked tirelessly to get our preferred closing date and amazing rate (leaving them only with a month turnaround), which was so impressive! I cannot reiterate how professional, diligent, and friendly the staff at Silvercreek was! I know exactly who to go to if I’m ever on the market for a home again. If you’re considering working with Silvercreek, you will not be disappointed!

  What an amazing team. Every single one of the people involved in my home loan process was extremely helpful, timely, efficient, and best of all considerate. We were first time owners and the jitters were real. Sam was so reassuring from the beginning of the appointment for our loan application to the end of our closing.   It's been a few years now that my loan was refinance with Silvercreek Finance. Sam was recommended by a friend, and provided great service throughout the entire loan process. His team were always there so hold your hand while all this paperwork is being submitted. Highly recommend Sam Perez I don't know why itk me so long to write this review......maybe it's the new Fed rate lowering

  Sam is awesome. He's done loans for almost all of my family members who own houses and they've all recommended him. This was my first time buying and I couldn't be happier. We closed way early and came in with half of the money we originally thought we would. A++

  I began working with Silver Creek Finance in September of 2014. At first everything was great I got my approval within a month of my application. We looked at homes for a couple of months, and put offers on 2 until we found the one we wanted and also that passed the inspection for FHA. At first Sam was helping me then he gave me to Velvet, and then Velvet gave me back to Sam once my realtor and lawyer kept calling, emailing, and leaving voicemails to find out what was going on with our loan. I have really never been treated this way. They say with them your never a loan, well I wasn't even that. They ignored me and my calls. Went on vacations for weeks at a time without even a heads up or assigning my loan and I to someone else. Very unprofessional people at this company. Wasted my time and money. I can say I easily wasted 2,000.00 dollars on the appraisal, and the inspector alone. I would not recommend this mortgage lending company to anyone.

  Silvercreek Finance Corp. is a great company. The process for my loan was excellent and they made it very easy. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Sam answered all of my questions promptly and was very easy to reach. I will definitely use Silvercreek in the future.
