  Worked with Brad on my first house closing. He and his team were great to work with. They were always responsive and openly communicated. We thought we would have a difficult time as we work as consultants and were told we have to hold the same job to get a mortgage, but Brad reassured us that is not the case. They also constantly followed up with us on the remaining items to ensure that the closing occurs at the allotted time. They helped us fill out all our paperwork and double/triple checked that there will not be any errors on their part or ours. I'm really happy to have had him and his team as our representatives as everything went so smoothly. I would definitely recommend them!

  My real estate agent gave me a few referrals for mortgage brokers. The first person I called at another company was curt, and seemed to think my questions were stupid, which was probably true. But then again, I don't buy houses everyday. Then I hit the jackpot when I called A and N Mortgage and spoke with Josh King. From my first phone call with him, he was incredibly friendly and informative. I decided to move forward with working with him, and I'm pleased to say that Josh was a SUPERSTAR! He continued to prove himself to be consistently professional, bright, informative, honest, patient, and incredibly responsive to all my questions along the way.   Just did our first referral of A&N Mortgage to our clients who were moving to Phoenix. The wife is the manager of a mortgage banker in Virginia and she raved about the level of communication from Brian and Neena...something she preaches in her own company. They were well along in the underwriting process right after my buyers signed the purchase contract. The whole process was remarkably efficient and swift.   I have worked with Neena and her team two times, originally for the initial mortgage on my home, and most recently with a refi. Both times the experience was excellent. The team is super communicative and helpful, and walked me through the process step-by-step. The website is totally user-friendly, so it was a breeze to send over the required documents, etc. As far as a mortgage origination process goes, this is as good as it gets. I will definitely return to A&N Mortgage in the future, and I highly recommend anyone else in the Chicago area give them a chance. You will not be disappointed.

  Ryan Pierce is the one of the top-rated mortgage brokers/preparers listed on Redfin, and it showed in my recent experience with him. He was professional and communicative, walking me through my first home-buying and loan process on a rapid close, and was good about communicating with the other parties involved to make sure that closing went smoothly. I have no reservations about recommending him and the rest of the team at A & N. The quality of service was easily well worth it compared to other and larger Chicago-based banks.

  If you are looking for painless and easy, look no further! This company made our loan process an absolute breeze!   My husband and I started working with Brad Boden at A and N Mortgage in June 2019, when we bought our house. They were able to beat all other lenders by a significant amount (0.5% or more), which was super impressive. Since then, we have refinanced TWICE to take advantage of increasingly lower interest rates. Both times, we worked with Brad. He is excellent -- very communicative, upbeat, and informative, and helps you get the best rate around! I highly recommend Brad, and A and N Mortgage as a whole!!!
