  I would like to thank Tiffany and Vana (and all the ladies) at the Aliante branch that took care of my mother while she was alive. Losing a member of ones family is never easy, but having made my mother's deposits for years, I sort of became a "regular". Transitioning my mother's assets has been heartbreaking but SSSCU has been there for my mother's family knowing she can no longer do it herself. With that said, I look forward to continuing the relationship for many years to come. Thank you all.

  They’re overdraft protection privileges are a joke. They claim this a benefit for you but it’s not. According to customer service Rep whether you have the overdraft protection on your account or not, if any charge hit your account fraudulent or not you will be charged $32 overdraft fee. THERE IS NO OVERDRAFT PROTECTION. Great market tool with no benefit.

  Hi Rhonda, Overdraft Protection is available to our members so that transactions are not denied. In certain instances, members are required to opt-in to cover ATM and Debit Card transactions. For complete details you can visit: https://www.silverstatecu.com/member-resources/overdraft-privilege. If a transaction does post to an account that happens to be fraudulent, a member would work with a Member Service Representative to identify all the transactions and we would refund the overdraft fees associated with the fraudulent transactions. Hopefully this helps clarify.   GPS doesn't say its in the Smith store. For Co-Op bank customers, cant even use it for full service. Nearest full service Co-Op bank is 12.30 miles away

  Hello! The address listed is for Smith's Food and Drug and we do have signage outside the building with our name and logo. We have 3 locations in the valley servicing co-op members.
