  Tim and my journey will Silex Financial Group started two years ago, we began talking with Joe Racamato, who gave us instructions on what we could do to begin our homeownership process. One year after this conversation we were in a completely different place financially than we’re we were when we first spoke with Mr. Racamato, because of his guidance we were able to eliminate debts, raise our credit scores as well as have a healthy savings. Joe advised us numerous times throughout our process on what to do to make our interest rate the lowest it could be savings us thousands over the course of our loan term. Joe was always prompt in responses, polite and professional. He and his team have our respect and while others along our journey were abrupt, or disregarded our needs- Silex Financial Company was never this way. They cared, they got the job done and now we are homeowners solely because of Joe and his wonderful team.   Joe was an amazing resource in obtaining our renovation loan. The process was quick and easy. He was extremely knowledgeable in all information that was needed and got our loan closed in about a month. Would highly recommend.

  Joe and Silex Financial have helped me throughout my entire mortgage application process without hesitation. They respond very fast to questions or concerns and even respond after their work hours. I had less than a month to close on my house and Silex Financial was able to get my through the closing without me every having to worry about not reaching my deadline. I recommend this group to anyone interested in a mortgage or any of their services and would work with them again in the future.

  Excellent from beginning to end. Joe and his team kept us updated throughout the process of our refinance. We were amazed at how quickly and smoothly we were able to complete the process, obtain all necessary documentation and close. Joe is the best! He's detail oriented, responsive, on top of everything.   We are first time home buyers, but I recommend Joe to anyone buying a home. Joe was kind, took a lot of time to explain things to us, and was very responsive. I don’t think I have ever left Joe a voicemail, he always took my call. Joe also worked to get us the best rate possible, even locking us in at a lower rate before we closed. I felt comfortable and well taken care of when it came to our mortgage process and it was the last stressful part of our homebuying process.

He's great to talk to. Very punctual and just a great guy.   Anthony Puluse at Silex Financial Group was referred to us by our realtors during the process of selling our first home and buying our second (in the middle of the pandemic). The best way I can describe Anthony is "above and beyond" - from our first meeting, he went out of his way to present all of our options, explain all of the details, and answer any questions we may have had. We always felt that Anthony truly had our best interest in mind, and that he genuinely a great guy. Needless to say, this was a much different (and better) experience than we had with securing our mortgage with a large, corporate bank when we purchased our first home.
