  Dawn has been taking care of my insurance for about 10 years. She has always been very attentive and helpful.   Dealing with insurance of all kinds is never easy or pleasant. Donnelly $ Sproul make it both easy and pleasant. I have worked with them for over 20 years and they do whatever they can to get the job done in the most efficient and best way possible. The best Broker I have ever dealt with.

  While buying my first home I had no idea how stressful it would be to research all of the services I would need, ie. mortgage company, lawyer, inspectors, etc. Surprisingly, thanks to Brielle Kane, the easiest part was home owners insurance. I was referred to Donnelly & Sproul from a trusted friend and after just a few comparisons, I never looked back. My agent, Brielle, has been incredibly helpful in finding the best policy to fit my needs. I feel confident that I have been informed of all of my options, as well as knowing what is and isn't covered. I like to be informed, therefore I ask a lot of questions and look up the answers. Brielle has been very patient with me and I have never felt like I am putting her out. If she doesn't know an answer, she finds out and response quickly. I have been contacted regarding all issues and concerns in a timely manner and have even been sent reminders when I am cutting it close to a deadline. Service is friendly and personal, I have never felt like just another customer. Highly recommended!

  I haven't been with Donnelly & Sproul too long, I'd say about a year or two, maybe more, but they've been very good to me.
