  I would recommend Jim to anyone. He went above and beyond for both myself and my partner. As expected for first time home owners, we were overwhelmed by the amount of information and our “ to do “ list. Jim took the time to speak with us and explained everything step by step. He is very thorough and also explains things in a way that is easy to understand. There were times we called Jim during off work hours and he responded quickly, professionally, and was happy to help.There was never a time we had difficulty getting in contact with him or getting things explained and clarified for us. He guided us every step of the way and we are forever grateful for that!

  Jim Christopoulos and his team at Silex Financial did an excellent job with identifying the right mortgage for us! I first contacted Jim in late March and by July, I have already closed and I am enjoying my new home thanks to the mortgage he found for us! Jim was very responsive and was able to help with my questions along the way via text, phone call and emails.   Jim is absolutely amazing to work with! Jim helped me with my mortgage to purchase my first home and being a first time home buyer, I HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS! Anytime I called or texted Jim, he was always available or called me back ASAP. After purchasing my home and closing, I had a letter in the mail that I didn’t understand and again Jim made himself available to answer all my questions!
