  I used Dave for the loan of my first home and came back to him again for another home loan and a refinance. He is great to work with, makes the process easy, and obtained incredible rates for me. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful when I saw the time he used for me after normal business hours and on weekends. Coming back to Dave for future loans for sure.

  I've done more than one refi with Dave and Signet Mortgage. Each transaction has been personalized, professional, well-informed, and diligent. Maybe I am getting on in my years but I like everything documented in email and Dave does a superb job in doing this.   We refinanced with Dave recently to get a better rate and shorter term for our mortgage. He is knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and professional. He made the whole process so easy for us and we couldn't be happier. And best of all, when we closed, the woman at the title company said we had the lowest rate she'd seen!
