      Made a payment using my credit card and was charged a cash advance fee. I talked to my credit card company. They told me it's because Signal Management processes the payment as a Wire Transfer. I called Signal Management. The Representative said she had never heard of such a thing.

      Called 3 times on 5/13 and waited for 15 min each time only to get dumped to the voicemail that is full! Called again on 5/14 starting at 8am only to have the same thing happen. Finally called the California number on the website and they couldn't help because its Single Management....Seriously.......its a Division of Alliance One but they cant take the payment. They said they would send them an email and have them call me.....NO CALL OHHHHH and the Website continues to freeze up so you can't make an online payment. Definitely not professional......

      Absolute thieves! I set up auto payments with these guys from day one. As I approached the end of my payment plan, my auto payment was cancelled due to "a glitch in their system". I called, made double payments, set up a new auto payment, and these guys have the nerve to increase my monthly fee due to my "missed payment". Seems like the closer you get to paying off your balance, the more you'll see random glitches and fees pop up. Disgusting! Oh, and it took me about 4 days, 13 phone calls, and at least an hour of my time to get through and talk to somebody. Which did nothing for me.

      I made a payment for 250$ The website told me it didn't work and to try again in a few min. So a half hour later or so (with no payment confirmation for the 250 payment) I mad a payment for 134$ so I had a little more money between paychecks. (Payment made and payment confirmation received for the 134$ payment) The next day I noticed that my bank account was negative. THEY TOOK BOTH PAYMENTS!! When I called, I was on hold for 15 min and disconnected. Called back, got someone pretty quick (She was nice) but apparently the 250 already got sent to the courts and in order to get it back it would take longer. I get they are a business, but because of there mess up and my negative account i have 85$ for two weeks.... And they don't care. It bothers me that companies can mess up and we have to deal with it, without them having to see what they did wrong or try to fix it.

      They are horrible. I waited on hold for over 3 hours today total and couldn't get through to no one and several attempts yesterday and today to pay over phone and online. Than at about 2 pm when I called agian after it hung up on me it said I reached them after normal bussiness hours which is untrue and also the voicemail box for them was full and I couldn't even leave a message . This is absolutely ridiculious. I spoke with aliance one they couldnt help me said several people have called them today as well saying they cant get through but just to keep trying. What great customer service by signal managment. You guys keep rejecting my payment online and this is insane. If my lisence gets suspended because it's not paid, that is on YOU guys not operating in a professional manner AT ALL. I will go to BBB as well. Get it together, this isnt a small issue when my lisence could be suspended and fault is on you guys because of your faulty website and customer service not available AT ALL during regular business hours.

      I called these guyed about a debt mid day on a Wednesday, I got ahold of them fairly quickly. I didn’t have my card with me so I got a reference number and asked if I could call back to make the payment around 4:30pm. The guy said that would be fine. I called back at about 4:20pm and a woman answered pretty fast, but when I told her I had a reference number she hung up on me. I immediately called back and was automatically put on hold. After over an hour I gave up. Don’t do business with these people if you can avoid it.

      Another unaccountable and shady debt collection service. Payed them for the month, then set up a payment plan. They then charged my account twice AND since it didnt go through for whatever reason, probably because it looked like a double charge on my banks end they made me pay some crazy high service charge. They also canceled my payment plan which was beyond frustrating on top of being unyielding in there ability to assume any responsibility for any of this or give me any slack. Also why. Why charge interest, and charge for every payment, and charge for late payments. After you canceled because you messed up! These guys are literally the devil. Ended up paying them an extra 300$ on top of my 1200$ account. Gfy off a bridge signal managment.

      I have spent the week trying to get through to pay my bill. Monday I was on hold for 10 min. Tuesday 6 min today I was on hold for 15 and still no one answered. they are worse then the third world customer service reps who at least answer the phone. HELLO SIGNAL MANAGEMENT??!!! Do you want my MONEY???!!!!
