  I purchased a home for the second time, in the midst of a hot market and region and could not possibly have done it without Rita valcorba . Rita was fantastic throughout the entire mortgage process. From my first call with her, she explained every detail of the process clearly and was responsive within minutes at all times. Whether for a minor question or when paperwork was needed to be prepared on a quick deadline to submit an offer. There are constantly many pending tasks when applying for a mortgage and Rita was great with update emails clarifying what was done and what was pending. she is exactly the kind of person you want to get you through your home buying process.   We have nothing but good thinks to say about this company. Rita Valcorba was so easy to work with, always accommodating our busy schedules. She made the process easy and simple (stress free). When we hear people saying that buying a house is a lot of work and a big headache we realize how much we appreciate the smoothness that Sierra Pacific brought to the process.   I just refinanced by Mortgage with Sierra Pacific. It was such a smooth transition and the the loan officer Heidi Rogers was the best. She even helped me to get a more affordable Homeowners's insurance. All the staff was nice and professional. From the beginning till the completion of the process was a great experience.   I have bought a couple of houses throughout the years, but the best and easiest process was with Pete Nastasi, our loan specialist at Sierra Pacific Mortgage. Pete is very kind, personable and very informative. He is very responsive no matter if you call or email him 24/7. Pete makes you feel that any question despite how trivial is important to him and addressed quickly and explained thoroughly. Whether you're experienced or green at home buying, he holds your hand throughout the entire process and gives you the confidence to know what needs to be done step by step. We've had such a wonderful experience with Sierra Pacific Mortgage, I highly recommend them!
