  Worst customer service experience ive had in a long time. The guy attending me between the times 2:30pm and 3:30pm 10/11/20. They were unprofessional and were basically kicking me out of the establishment. I was supposed to receive privacy but i never did. Instead, they had me sign the paperwork in the front of other workers. I had to show him where to sign in order for him to do so because he wouldnt read the papers. If they dont have customer service skills then they shouldnt work in customer service. They need to do better.

  Ive tried giving this branch multiple chances, but nothing seems to change. The tellers at this location are always so miserable and unfriendly, at this point I rather use the drive thru or drive a little further to the Chalkstone location if I need something done by a teller. It is truly frustrating how useless and rude these tellers have been on more than one occasion.

  I just have to agree after seeing it was not just me. Terribly rude customer service, they don’t try to explain things to you or help with a situation at hand. They’ve made me want to re-evaluate using Citizens.

  My family and I have had citizens accounts since they were old stone bank. I recently had a bad experience at the mineral spring avenue location. I opened an account and going on 2 weeks later the account has mysteriously vanished and/or wasn’t opened. I went in to the branch twice and was referred to calling customer service.

  Slowest service at drive-up teller at North Providence Mineral Spring Ave branch! I have no trouble at any other branches. Very frustrating!
