      It's pretty obvious to me that customer service is completely out the door. What kind of Bank that screws up an elderly person's account, and when you go to the bank to straighten out the account with the walker aided senior tells you that they can't see you that day because we don't have an appointment. Are you kidding me? And you can give me your token "thanks for your feedback" answer. The next time I come into that bank will be the last, along with her money.

      Bank of America consolidated their branches in RI. Now you have to wait almost 20 min to see a teller. I’m sure this will be blamed on covid….. The people who work there are friendly enough, just don’t be in a hurry

      I went to this branch for business today.The agent Aaron said my BOA credit card is not good and recommend a new reward service. the way he presented this reward card made me think that he was going to upgrade my old credit card to a new one. After I sign the paper he told me this is a new credit card. I also work in service industry. It is important to state clearly to your client/customer up front rather than trick him or her into business by ambiguity. Of course, I should have asked more clearly too.

      I’d rate this branch in the negative numbers if that were possible. Everyone is extremely polite and then they proceed to make everything as difficult as possible. The manager is pleasant and completely unhelpful. I will not be returning.

      honestly only go here for work. Rose is wonderful as a teller an so helpful. it's sad that she gets bombarded daily with lines almost out the door, mean while there's ton of agents all around trying to get people to use the atm machine instead of waiting in line for what they are waiting for which is rude. being apart of a business an having our accounts here really frustrating to be out of work for almost a half hour waiting in line at a bank. Most banks have business tellers an business sides but this bank seems to lack that an tellers. this bank needs to be run better before BOA ends up being all ATMs around RI

      We went to this bank a month ago to close our accounts (not bc of bank practices but bc of identity theft). The staff was extremely helpful and didn't try to railroad us to keep accounts open. By the end of our visit, I was a little sad to be leaving the bank.

      It is noticeable from the street. It offers ample spaced parking. Easy in and out . The staff are very nice and helpful. Sometimes there is a line but that's with most places. They do try to accommodate.
