      Went in dressed very casually on a hot day to open an account & we were treated like broke trash. I cannot get over how rude the person we dealt with was. He assumed that because we were in T-shirts & shorts, we couldn’t afford to open an account. We got up & walked out. We definitely won’t be banking with PCU.

      Terrible customer service with deep racism, they pretend not to understand you when you a person of color. Terrible, but will not refuse your money to bank or take a loan at high interest rate as a person of color. Sad

      Pawtucket Credit Union is TERRIBLE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR ANY REASON!! After already waiting two full weeks and still not receiving my replacement card that i reported lost over 2 weeks ago...i am still being told it will be another 5-10 business days before I may or may not get my replacement card...

      Dear Mr. Shears, Please accept our sincere apologizes for the delay in providing you with a replacement card. Due to human error during the process of changing card manufacturers, our card inventory fell short of our needs. According to the production schedule, you should expect to receive your replacement card in the next five to ten business days. While not a complete solution, we can provide you with an ATM-only card while your replacement card is being produced. This ATM-only card can be issued while you wait at any PCU branch office.       It’s ok but the atm machine is always down! I have to go to elsewhere and pay a fee! They have the worst IT guys around! I’m sorry I didn’t join citizens!

      Highly unprofessional. I’ve called there customer service a number of times and no one answers. I guess they pay people to slack at their jobs

      I have been trying to remortgage and there seems to be one person in the State of Rhode Island that handles mortgages and you have to wait so long for her to call you back and to give information. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!
