  Sicilee is so amazing to work with! There is no other person I would recommend to work with other than Sicilee. She is alway on top of her stuff constantly keeping you in the loop and educating you through every step of the process. She wants only the best deal/loan rate for her clients and she is very passionate about her job. Her commitment and drive to help others get their perfect home makes her the best mortgage lender in the world. 100/10 would recommend!

  Sicilee was amazing to work with and made this entire process so easy & effortless. I had the option to use a “preferred lender” through my home builder. This lender had several enticing offers, but I decided to shop around to make sure I was getting the best deal. I also shopped big lenders, like Wells Fargo. Sicilee & her company were able to beat everyone & also helped me be able to put less down than I originally anticipated, which was really nice when you have a lot of expenses at once. Sicilee is very knowledgeable & very pleasant to work with , always on top of the next step & makes a process that can be a pain become effortless. Intercaps app is also a really nice feature, that makes uploading your documents a lot easier. Overall, I was very impressed & will definitely use Sicilee for any future home purchases. Everyone should at least shop through her to make sure you are getting the best #’s across the board. It can’t hurt to see if she can save you some money , like she did for me.

  Sicilee is an incredibly knowledgeable loan agent. I like to have hard data in front of me to inform my decisions. Sicilee went above and beyond to help get me data that showed multiple buying/selling scenarios based on info I gave her. In a market that is as crazy as it is right now, she helped me figure out the best path towards buying my next home. Can't recommend her enough.

  Simply put, Sicilee is a rockstar. I had an opportunity to buy a house that was a stretch for me, and I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to qualify. Sicilee pulled out all of the stops and offered many different ways for me to qualify. I was able to close and couldn’t be more grateful.   Just went thru our 3rd financing experience with Mark Moyes’ team at Intercap -all went well with flying colors! Sicilee was wonderful to work with, making the whole process very easy. I would highly recommend them for financing a home purchase or refinancing a mortgage.

  Sicilee was BEYOND HELPFUL when it came to refinancing our home. We talked to one or two other lenders before talking with her (such a waste of time) who were “unable to help us at this time” due to me switching jobs recently. Approximately 2(ish) weeks later (including over the thanksgiving holiday!!) we are closing tomorrow! This team was so quick, efficient and incredibly easy to work with. They are knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they possibly can. We were in constant contact and never wondering what was going on with the loan process. We were also given regular updates and realistic expectations. I cannot recommend them enough! So, so impressed with them!
