  Shirley and her team are the best. I looked at all the VA lenders and they were truly helpful. The communication was the best. Our first location didn't make appraisial. Found a second location on 1-1-22 and we closed yesterday on 2-1-22. Thank you all so much. I will be telling my buddies here in the Brazos Valley about Shirley and her team.

  Shirley and her team did a GREAT job with a recent client of mine. I'm a Realtor and work with many different lenders on deals throughout the year. When I say Shirley did a great job, that's coming from someone who knows when a lender is on their game. My clients never missed a deadline, were kept in the loop through the entire deal and closed on a VA loan quickly over the holidays when most lenders are wanting 45+ days to do a VA loan. Can't say enough great things about this team!!!

  My client and I were very dissappointed from beginning to end, from lack of communication to incorrect closing costs I never wish for my clients or anyone else for that matter to have to go through such a lackluster purchasing experience from the lender.
