trippi3 xluis1John lied and stated my vehicle does not have a recall when in fact it does. when i questioned if it could be fixed they stated it would cost me a couple thousand of dollars. Manufacture recalls should not cost the consumer. They finally admitted to the recall but now state my recall has expired. Stay away from the mechanic/parts and service department. How long is a car recall valid for? A recall is good through the statute of limitations for up to ten years, with the exception of tire recalls which are valid for 60 days. However a car manufacturer is inclined to fix the issue even after those ten years have passed and most will give you no issues repairing the car.

jesse vela1Stay away from this place. Technicians are not good at all, I had to returned about 5 times for the same issue until I went to another shop and they fixed my vehicle the first time. I had to pay the dealer a bunch of money and my issue wasn't resolved. Customer Service was the worse, when I share my experience with a coworker he told me he had the same experience.

B H-wood5Scheduled appointment the evening prior for next morning service (oil/filter change, multipoint inspection via Sheehy VIP program.) Car taken in soon after arrival. Waited in comfortable waiting area (they do provide complementary shuttle to your work, home or wherever--certainly within reasonable mileage). In/out quickly and no additional cost due to VIP prepaid coverage. Gave me a card for a complementary car wash as a departure gift. Very pleased with the service.

Kyle Fenton2Quick sale of vehicle. Convenient process. 2 months after sale of CPO (<1yr used) brakes started squeaking. 2 years later I’ve brought the car in multiple times to be looked at. They acknowledge nothing is wrong (so loud people the sidewalk can hear and can’t drive w window down). Every time I have come in for this particular they (same manager) ask me to bring it back later. They chose not to record issue in their system. Sale: Good Regular maintenance (oil/tire rotation): Good Advanced maintenance requiring troubleshooting: Needs work; no not recommend

Randi Moore1They are very unprofessional and rude. You can tell they don’t care about making customers happy. You can hear half of them horse playing in the hall while I’m sitting at a desk for hours waiting for a response. I been to this place 3 times with in a week. I been through 3 cars through this place and this will be my last! Nissan is horrible in general and I am ready to move on with a different brand!
