  I used to like going here for my service but after the last interaction, I refuse. Let me begin by saying you can tell when they're in a bad mood because they will be rude and short with you over the phone and in person and they don't care. You can hear them talking about you from the lobby. Also, their mechanics aren't the greatest. Had an issue with my brakes but they kept saying they were fine. Got a second opinion and was told I should have had them changed a long time ago. Save the trip, go somewhere else.

  While the service in the past has been good, this time the wait was ridiculous. After being told the routine service would take 1-1.5 hours, I waited 3 hours. (There were no issues apart from a tire that had a slow leak.) They need to be more realistic so people can decide whether to wait. (I could have walked home in 20 minutes and come back later if they had been honest. When I returned to get the tire changed I waited 2 more hours. Everyone is very pleasant and professional and I understand things get busy, but please be realistic with wait times and stop assuming people have nothing else to do but sit for hours.

  Great customer service staff. Very thorough in explaining any work done on my car, and the don't hesitate in offering a loaner if they need to keep the car overnight or longer. This is my first Subaru and I can say they have been an excellent company to work with, and I'm very happy with their product, the 2020 Subaru Ascent Touring.

  It took 3 months and 3 times dropping off my car for them to diagnose the AC problem. My time (and likely yours also) is too valuable to be wasting it driving up there and switching cars. I was given vehicles to borrow during service and the staff that I had interaction with was always polite and friendly. The customer service was great but I highly question the quality of mechanics working here and no additional compensation was offered for this inconvenience of three visits to finally have a diagnosis of exclusion since AC really doesn't have that many parts that can go bad. Glad it wasn't a more difficult problem- I wonder how many months and little bandaids that would have taken. Fingers crossed this last fix will be the right thing.

  We are from out of state, and were traveling through Virginia when our "check engine" light came on. The closest dealer was Brown's. The service team took our car immediately, diagnosed the problem (a loose gas cap!), reset the error code, and got us on our way quickly. Super friendly, super helpful folks. Recommended!

  Subaru Browns Manasas is great overall. Ran by a team of highly experienced women, this shop is efficient, attentive, clean, and well priced. The shop is so good, that I’ve been driving all the way from DC for over three years, and I will continue to do so. I bought my Subaru Forester with the dealership, so I came back for regular maintenance. The service and fair rates made me come back. Yes, I would recommend this dealership and the service center.

  Great service with affordable prices compared to most Japanese vehicles. Ladies are friendly with knowledge about their vehicles, doesn’t force you to do anything extra. Major maintenance prices are on the screen, transparency and clear.

  I went for an oil change and their prices seemed high. I was also disappointed because I thought they would at least wash my car. They were very friendly and got me right in though.

  Comfortable waiting room, excellent service and support by Angela and Trish at the customer service desk. Car is always well taken care of!

  Browns Subaru in Manassass is an excellent business. On the sales side I dealt with Mr. Saugata 'Babu' Mukherjee and he was very helpful, kind and totally professional. He’s the kind of professional that listens, takes in your requirements and comes back with great offers and solutions. The folks handling the administration are very pleasant and I am always amazed at the excellent service I receive from their service team and top class mechanics. Browns Subaru have a wonderful team of knowledgeable people who look out for their customers. I was there recently and they are very conscientious about social distancing and keeping their customers and staff safe but continue to offer excellent service. True professionals!
