Jasmin Padilla1Bad customer service. This happened today. My sister came with her mom to open her first checking account 30 minutes before the bank closed and the manager denied to help them because they were “almost closing”. It shouldn’t take so long to open a checking account. This place sucks.

Shahin Gadimov4Tried to deposit cash in their ATM. Due to ATM failure, lost the cash, the time, nerves and in return got "I am sorry.. we cant help you" Really?? EDIT: Had the issue above resolved. They could've had the situation taken under control and resolved in much nicer terms. I'm still Apple FCU customer, and luckily, their services are getting better.

John Lopez1Poor customer service. Not following CDC recommendations or don't have something in place. Try to hand me a bag without being cleaned/sanitized from the previous customer. Then had an attitude because I asked for it to be cleaned. The whole attempt to make a transaction was crazy. Never returning to this location.

Ray G1I came in today to withdraw some money from my account, instead of going to the ATM I proceeded to go with the drive thru as I needed an exact amount. Mind you the amount I asked for was under $80 dollars, the teller takes my ID and tells me she can’t let me withdraw the amount from my account because she needs the original ID I opened the account with as my current ID is not the same one I opened the account with. I cannot believe the level of disrespect from this branch, I been banking with apple since early 2000 and never in the whole time banking with them have I never had this issue in any other branch. Finally after speaking to the assistant branch manager I was able to get my funds and she was very apologetic, but I felt like I was being discriminated against because I’m Hispanic. This is completely unacceptable and something that shouldn’t be happening at any bank in this day and age. I will never be coming back to this branch and will be filing a formal complaint with corporate as well. Be advised to stay away from this bank as they are not very good with customer service.

J R5They have the best loan officer, her name: Kay. Let me tell you my story. I needed a car loan so I went in and talk to a loan officer X. So she started the process, they approved me for a good amount. I went to the dealer did my negotiation got a number. Dealer faxed in the purchased order so I call apple and talk to my loan officer X, she explained me that because my negative equative I needed to come with money out of pocket or try to get more for my trade, I needed 1,200 more. It was the weekend so Monday talk to the dealer they did gave me more for my trade, they gave 1,300. This time I went to the bank, the loan officer X was on vacation so loan officer Y took over. But now she is telling something way different. She is say that I still need another 1000.00 more. I was in shock and I try to explain to her what I had discuss with loan officer X but she said she could do nothing at the moment so I needed to wait 2 week for loan officer X to come back from vacation. I was not happy that I could not get help. So the day after thanksgiving went back hoping to talk to someone different and that's when I meet loan officer Kay. She reviewed all my paper work, both purchase order and explain everything and all my options in order to get the check I need for my new car. In the end I got my check and in the process I consolidate my debts I Credict score y way better than before. Kay need to be the manager of that branch. She is so knowledge of the products they work with. She's the best. Ask for Kay

Carl P3Twice came in to access my safe deposit box. Need 30 seconds to leave something. First time was 6th in line waited 20minutes then left. Today have been here 15 minutes so far, started 4th in line have not moved up at all. Seems to me the simple function of accessing the box would be a no brainer, but guess not. Starting the search for a new safe deposit box, if I find one i am leaving afcu. Update - someone must be monitoring Google as seconds after posting I was called up for an id check. Was in the box room in two minutes. Added 2 stars for friendliness and past performance, but seems like an update to the triage queue might be worthy of consideration.

David A1i have been a member for more than 10 years, i have referred a lot of people to APPLE FCU. i usually go to different branch, first time i visited this branch the service was bad but i didn't worry that much i was only there for 5 mnts. 2nd time i visited this branch i brought 3 people to open new accounts for them. we signed in, for 45 mnts no asked why we and what we were waiting for? I got up twice and asked , i was told to wait i am next. for 10 mnts 2 of the managers were not busy and had no one. i asked again they both didn't even look at me. i had to leave the branch and open account else where.and i will close my account with them as well. poor service .
