  Shane really made sure I received the best coverage. Excellent customer service and will remain with State Farm! Highly recommend. Although State Farm was higher compared to Progressive, Shane was very knowledgeable and professional with me and offered me more bang for my buck. State Farm has serviced my family for decades and I’m glad to be back with the team!!

  I’m an insurance lawyer and deal with a lot of the big insurance companies. Shane is my agent and the best I’ve ever met. When I had a basement leak, not only did Shane make sure my claim went smoothly, he lent me a fan and wet vac from his home to help with mitigation. He works hard for his customers, and I suggest him to anyone looking for a great agent!

  Just called in for a quote…upbeat, positive, and efficient! Phone was answered by a person! I called a couple of other agencies before and was greeted with recorded messages or choices to make to push another button just to leave a message and not get to speak to anyone DURING business hours! The customer service Heather provided was top notch!!
