  Nothing but good experience banking with Chase in the past. Due to everything going on in the world right now I will say I had trouble reaching them via phone, but the person that looked to be tasked with that was on the phone 100% of the time I was there, as well as helping to engage customers in the branch while balancing phones. The tellers were courteous and prompt with each customer. I personally worked with Dakota Richardt and he was OUTSTANDING. If you have accounts to open, definitely look him up, great guy, very knowledgeable and exceptional communication and customer service. A+ all around. Thanks Dakota!

  Incredibly caring personnel make this a favorable bank experience. I personally have recommended several people to Chase Bank, specifically this branch, due to their generous account options and willingness to work with customers of all financial situations and backgrounds. They have coffee in their comfortable lounge area so you may enjoy your, often brief, wait to be seen by one of their financial experts. An excellent branch with excellent service.

  Very disappointed in the new changes. I have banked with you since you came to Owensboro now I can no longer aconcess my accounts online. I used this to pay my bills. I cannot afford a new computer just for this service. I will be moving my account asap..

  I’ve always found the staff here friendly and efficient (and sometimes more willing / able to handle special requests than the branch near the river).

  Change banks, they won't answer simple phone calls at any branch, at least not here in Owneboro.
