  My family and I built our home in the Village at Twin Creeks in Allen, TX. Maria, our sales representative, was always professional, thorough, and clear. She made the process a smooth experience for us, and we appreciate all of her help throughout the building process. During the construction of our home, the construction manager, Taylor, was responsive and also thorough. He provided us updates and was in constant communication with us. At the design center, Stephanie, our design consultant, was also thorough and helpful when selecting our home finishes. We had a couple of warranty requests that were answered and fulfilled promptly by Henry and Matthew. We had an amazing team helping us build our dream home!

  We began the homebuilding process with Shaddock in Light Farms in August of 2020 and moved in August 2021. Alex and Matt kept us informed throughout the process and were both very patient and helpful. Both have been super responsive and ready to help at every turn. After almost a year, we are still loving our home and we’re so grateful to have been able to experience our first new home build with Shaddock.

  We have had such an incredible experience buying a Shaddock home. I can't speak highly enough about this builder, and the community we bought into. The level of quality that goes into these homes is nearly unmatched. Down to the vent hoods in the kitchen, the fireplaces, the appliance packages, the oversized kitchen islands, the doors, the flooring, the painted brick-- I could keep going on... All of it is a wow factor that makes these homes really stand out from other builders. Michelle Tornes was our sales rep. I used to work in new home sales for a different builder, so I can speak to all of the efforts she went to for us. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. Same goes for our Builder Alex Ramos. He goes above and beyond, even after we closed on our home to make sure we're well taken care of. Our warranty rep, Matt Phillips is extremely thorough and kind, and does whatever he can to make sure if we have any problems with our home they're fixed, and we're happy. Such a great team out here in Brenham Light Farms! If I could do it over again, I absolutely would. 5 Stars!

  My family and i built a home with Shaddock at the Village at Twin Creeks in Allen, Tx. The build took more than 1.5 years due to the supply chain challenges and the pandemic. But the wait was worth it. A huge shout out to the warranty manager Mathew Phillips who has been the only individual at Shaddock to help us with the issues identified post closing. He always goes the extra mile to resolve those issues in a timely manner. Shaddock has a true gem in Mathew.

  Being a first time home buyer, i did my research to get a Shaddock Homes and signed contract for a home @ Wilmeth Ridge, McKinney. This was in December 2020 and now even after 1.5 years, the home is no where close to be closing ready. I have been very patient since I know there were COVID challenges like supply chain, labor and such earlier but now my patience has wore out. Things are just taking too long. In a calendar month, if I am lucky, I will see a single construction update. If a issue is found, it takes months to get that fixed with other things stalled. Such a snail's pace would require more than a year from now. When asked, no concrete reasons are given for the delays. I tried to contact the corporate office multiple times but don't get a call back even after being told that I will. My friends and others i know who signed the contract at around the same time as mine with other builders have had their homes constructed within a year and have already been living in their new home for almost half a year now. They are surprised by the delays on my home too especially considering Shaddock Homes reputation.

  I just moved in to Shaddock homes built house . I am very satisfied with Shaddock homes . I worked with Lexy Akers , Jayson Hill , Leslie Barnes . They have made our home construction look so easy and perfect . I was very new to this process as a first timer and Lexy / Jayson were very patient in working with us and delivered quality home 🤝🤝👏

  It was a pleasure to work with Maria, Taylor and Matthew, since we started our new home building process. They have made things a lot easier even when it has been a difficult year for all home builders, our new house was build in a prompt schedule.   In Shadock Homes, Wilmeth Ridge, people who booked their houses over 20 months back, still didn’t got their houses delivered, nor their is any visibility to get delivery of their house in near future. DELAY, DELAY AND DELAY…Other builders in same area are delivering houses on time. I booked my house 8 months back, still everything is on papers and nothing on ground. While my other friend who booked his house after me with some other builder, already moved in his new house. Not sure what's wrong with Shaddock Homes and will they gonna do anything concrete besides regretting, feeling sorry and blaming others for delay. FRUSTRATING.............................................

  We started our home build process this year in August 2020. From the beginning, our sales consultant, Kelly Dennis, has been very upfront and prompt about our choices and has worked very hard keeping us informed, on time, and on budget though the design process. Kelly has done an excellent job in setting expectations for each meeting and phase of our build. We haven't gone to a meeting where we were uninformed about what to expect. Our experience has been equally as good working with our design representative, Kristin Denney. She has a deep understanding of the products cts shaddock uses and has really helped us maximize our design budget to get some fantastic upgrades and maintain our budget. She was also great to bounce ideas off of since she has seen what some of the combinations look like in the houses. Her experience with the process was a great value for us. We are transitioning to the build process with great confidence that we are getting what we want, it will look amazing, and we aren't breaking our budget to have what we want. Both Kelly and Kristin have told us how great shaddock, as a company and builder, is to work for and with and it really shows. I will revise this review as we progress through our build process.
